It is dark like Gobashi😋 17 degrees.
It is sweet and delicious after it hits your throat. 👍

It was hot, so I quenched my thirst with a draft beer from Beer Home Tap and opened a bottle of Yokoyama.
It was sweet and sour (my own opinion) and delicious!
Nagasaki is a great prefecture!

Kabutomushi and its sibling Kuwagata, I can't comment on Kabutomushi because I haven't drunk it, but Kuwagata is fruity and deliciously sweet and tasty. 🤤

Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Daiginjo, a gift from my eldest daughter and her husband on Father's Day.
And I'm so happy that I'm crying over the tin sake cup that my second and third daughters gave me as a present 🍶.

I got this Dai-Shinshu from a trip to Kamikochi, Nagano: ✌️
I didn't think the lid would fly off of the raw sake, but when I opened it normally, it burst open😵.
I'm a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it without thinking. I was surprised to see it.
I like the rice flavor 🤭 yummy😋.
It was a great shinshu that shows the depth of Japanese sake. 🤗
