I live in Kanagawa, and I don't drink a lot of sake from there! So I bought a bottle of Izumibashi's Autumn Tombo at a nearby liquor store.
There were three different types of Autumn Tombo made from different rice, but I chose the one I've never seen before, Rakufu-Mai!
It is said to be a "joyful dance in the wind" (see the product label).
Slightly fruity in the mouth, but not too sweet. The sourness and a bit of alcohol come in later, and it feels refreshing to drink.
It feels like an autumn or summer sake.
