Because it is a Daiginjo, the moment you take a sip, it has a faint sweetness and aroma, and it has a refreshing taste without any other flavors. However, right after the first sip, you can feel the crispness of the alcohol. It was a dry sake, just like the image of Amataka.
As the label says, I had it with sashimi of sea bream.
It was delicious.
