ぺんしろう
I got it as a souvenir from Izu.
The moment you drink it, there is a slight sweetness, but the alcohol taste goes through your nose and covers your entire tongue in a chattering manner.
Also, the taste, or rather the umami, is strong, but the aftertaste is clear. It gives the impression of being delicious and dry.
