I thought it would be quite dry, but it is surprisingly easy to drink. It has a strong umami flavor and a spicy aftertaste, but not too strong.
I drank it with salted squid, and it was a perfect match 👌.

This is also my favorite flavor 😊.
I drank it at a slightly faster pace, probably due to the fact that I've been drinking a lot of my favorite easy-to-drink drinks.

My first Hokkaido sake 🙌
I got the impression that it has a full-bodied mouthfeel. I think it has a bit of spiciness to it.
It's a little out of my taste, but it's still delicious 😊.

Easy to drink with a strong watery feel.
The alcohol comes in the aftertaste, which reminds you that what you are drinking is sake, but the mouthfeel is light and refreshing like water.
I had an image of Aomori's sake as being very dry and strong, but I was surprised to find that everything I drank today was easy to drink 😳.
I would like to try more, but be careful not to drink too much.

My husband bought this sake as a souvenir from a business trip.
When he was drinking it at the store, a local customer who was there recommended Kinjaku as a good one to buy back home.
The souvenir was an autumn limited edition of Kinjaku.
It has a sweet and fruity aroma like juice. ☺️
It tastes very fruity too. It tastes like a combination of apple and pear 🍎🍐.
It was slightly carbonated and shrizzy😳
The Kinjaku my husband drank at the cookout was not the autumn label, so he says it tastes completely different. I'd like to compare the drinks too: ......

It was kind of a snack menu dinner, so I made a day of drinking in a hurry.
Today's sake was Asakai's Suijin🍶.
It's been a while since I've had such a dry sake, and the first sip was a shock 😳 As you drink it, you get used to it and can really taste the umami.
Unfortunately, however, it does not go well with food 😭.
I had a light Japanese menu consisting mainly of vegetables and fish, but the direction was somehow different 😭! I felt it was 🌀🌀
It is very assertive and dry, so I thought it would be good with rich meat dishes.

Finally, here is the sake 🍶.
It was a little off my taste buds because of its strong sweetness, but I was drinking it while I was getting nigiri to finish off my meal, and the wasabi in the nigiri was quite effective, so it balanced out the sweetness of the sake 😆.
It was a synergistic effect that made it taste good, so it was a lucky combination of food that I didn't aim to order.
