塩むすび
This is another sake that is new to me. All the ingredients are from Noto, so it is Noto Junmai. The taste and aroma of rice is well expressed 😳. I think the aftertaste is a little dry. Of course it is a food sake, but I felt it is a sake I would like to drink as an evening drink as well. I wanted to buy some as a souvenir to support Noto, but the store I stopped by only had refrigerated ones, so I gave up 💔.

I decided to try a sake I had never had before, so I went to Shishi-no-Sato for the first time. The owner told me it was a dry sake, and while it was dry, it wasn't too spicy. It was easy to drink with no major quirks 😳. Recommended for those who don't like light sake but want to give it a try 🍶.

It was as delicious as ever, with a mild and deliciously sweet flavor. It was served with rice porridge with mushrooms from Hakusan, where Kurumada Sake Brewery is located 😊.

Slightly sweet, light and easy to drink. It is easy to match with any food, so it is quite good as a food sake. ☺️ The photo shows it paired with grilled mackerel, but we also tried it with tempura and oden, and it matched all of them👍✨.

No sweetness, strong sake taste. It has little miscellaneous taste and can be drunk neatly. It is out of my taste for fruity sake, but strangely enough, I never get tired of drinking it. It is a sake that you can keep sipping on and sipping on, and I think it is also a sake that does not require a particular dish. I would recommend this sake for those times when you want to enjoy sake and food in long sips, or when you want to drink sake in small sips while chatting with others.

Fruity and sweet, yet refreshing to drink. I wonder if it is a pineapple type sweetness. At the time, it was my first glass, so I was drinking it with light, refreshing snacks, but it seems to be easy to pair with any dish, Japanese or Western, regardless of how refreshing or strong it is 😃.

The first mouthfeel is sweet, but the spiciness soon sets in, and for a 15% sake, it has a strong sake taste. There's a slight lingering sensation on the tongue that I don't like 💦. I only made a salad and had my husband buy prepared foods for the rest of the meal 😆.

It has been a very long time since I have had an otter. I didn't know otters were so fruity! 😳 and I was arguing with my husband because it's been too long. It's sweet, has no cloying taste, and is easy to drink. It's a delicious sake that overflows with a "yummy" taste 🍶. I skipped shopping today so I made snacks with what I had at home, but I might have wanted to pair it with some stylish and elegant snacks😅.

I compared various kinds of sake during my trip to Kanazawa, and the one I liked the most was Gorin Junmai Daiginjo. I bought a bottle of the raw sake at a souvenir shop. The taste was so melon! 🍈. It was so sweet and melon flavored that I thought it might be a melon liqueur sake😳. The sweetness stands out because it is so smooth without any cloying taste. It might be the sweetest sake ever ....... It's a flavor I didn't expect but it's so good😍. I drank and ate with Japanese snacks as usual, but I think this sake would be better with Western food. I think it would be better to enjoy it with good cheese and fruit compote 😚.

The last drink of the day. Here is what I chose from the odd menu. It has a very sour taste! It's very interesting because it doesn't taste like sake. It tastes like white wine. This one was made in 2023 and is said to be made the next year with the same label, but the 2023 one seems to be more acidic, and they offer the one with more acidity in stock. The dish is Warabi and Kohada with Sanbaizu. The sourness of the two made for a good pairing 😊.

It has a full and complex flavor. We enjoyed it at room temperature. It has a strong sake taste but not too much. It tastes like something sake lovers would like 😁.

This sake is made in Ine-cho, an area of Kyoto facing the Sea of Japan. In the area around Ine-cho, the festival to pay homage to Ebisu-san is called "obecsan," which is the origin of the label. It is light to drink, with a slight tanginess afterward. It seems to be easy to drink, and the alcohol content is strong at 17 😳. I thought I could drink it easily, but I held back and drank it while taking in water. I think it goes well with dark flavored snacks such as miso salad👍.

Good slightly sweet aroma. ☺️ It's fresh and juicy with a fruity flavor, but it also has a nice spiciness to it. It seems easy to drink at first, but it's actually quite robust, so I had to make sure I had a chaser between sips 😙.

It is easy to drink like a juice, probably due to the fact that it is slightly sparkling. It is sweet and has a strong umami flavor. It is very tasty, but it is very light, so if you drink it after drinking other dry or peculiar sakes first, you may feel it is a bit lacking in flavor. It is best to drink it as an aperitif or to enjoy it with a meal, rather than trying many different things 😊. I think it is easy to match with any dishes👍 The sake in the middle of the third photo.

I was intrigued by the fact that this sake was made from an Ishikawa sake rice called Hyakumangoku No Shiro. It has a fruity aroma and is refreshing to drink, but also has a strong umami flavor. It was easy to drink. ☺️

Sake on the right side of the photo →→→ I heard that a sake brewery in Noto was destroyed by the earthquake and is now making sake while borrowing space at another brewery. They named their sake "GO" with a positive attitude to move forward. It has a nice aroma and a light, sweet taste. I thought it was a sake with a strong koji aroma and flavor 😋.

I drank it in a set for comparison. Special Honjozo: Sweet at first, then spiciness came later. Junmai: Strong sweetness and a full aroma. Daiginjo: Clean at first, then the umami spread quickly.

I'm pretty sure it was good too, but I was pretty drunk so I forgot my detailed impressions 😣💦. I'll have to try it again next time I'm at the restaurant 😋.
