I compared various kinds of sake during my trip to Kanazawa, and the one I liked the most was Gorin Junmai Daiginjo. I bought a bottle of the raw sake at a souvenir shop.
The taste was so melon! 🍈.
It was so sweet and melon flavored that I thought it might be a melon liqueur sake😳.
The sweetness stands out because it is so smooth without any cloying taste.
It might be the sweetest sake ever .......
It's a flavor I didn't expect but it's so good😍.
I drank and ate with Japanese snacks as usual, but I think this sake would be better with Western food. I think it would be better to enjoy it with good cheese and fruit compote 😚.
