I got the impression that it has a full-bodied mouthfeel. I think it has a bit of spiciness to it.
It's a little out of my taste, but it's still delicious 😊.

The alcohol comes in the aftertaste, which reminds you that what you are drinking is sake, but the mouthfeel is light and refreshing like water.
I had an image of Aomori's sake as being very dry and strong, but I was surprised to find that everything I drank today was easy to drink 😳.
I would like to try more, but be careful not to drink too much.
