I heard that a sake brewery in Noto was destroyed by the earthquake and is now making sake while borrowing space at another brewery.
They named their sake "GO" with a positive attitude to move forward.
It has a nice aroma and a light, sweet taste. I thought it was a sake with a strong koji aroma and flavor 😋.
