塩むすび
No sweetness, strong sake taste.
It has little miscellaneous taste and can be drunk neatly.
It is out of my taste for fruity sake, but strangely enough, I never get tired of drinking it.
It is a sake that you can keep sipping on and sipping on, and I think it is also a sake that does not require a particular dish.
I would recommend this sake for those times when you want to enjoy sake and food in long sips, or when you want to drink sake in small sips while chatting with others.
