It's my child's birthday, so I opened a bottle of this special one 🎉!

But it didn't go out of control as expected😅
At first, I only drink the top clear part.
It tastes more like sparkling wine than sake❗️
I can't believe they can express this taste with rice.
The second glass is a nigorigo (a cloudy state) with some of the ochiri-stain at the bottom.
I don't know what it is, but the taste is so well balanced.
If it is a simple sweet and savory type, I have to restrain myself from eating too many sweet things.
If the alcohol taste is too strong, I have to think about the next day and restrain myself from drinking too much.
I don't think about it, it just tastes so good that I can't stop.
No wonder this one is so popular 😊.
