It was a gift from a friend of mine from Nagano, Japan. ❤️
The box is magnificent, but the label is also a rare and unusual one (isn't that what they call it now 😅), and it is full of an extraordinary atmosphere.
I was trying to figure out when to open it, but I decided to open it today, my friend's birthday 😊.
As for the taste.
The aroma is not strong, but it is rich like brandy.
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and thick.
The taste is sweet and thick, but the aftertaste is very refreshing.
It is similar to Miyakanme's Summertime, but while Summertime is heavy and perfect for an after-dinner drink, this one is not quite a "mealtime sake" but has a nice salty flavor that does not get in the way.
