This is my first Goho 😊.
I had seen it in the past at a roadside station in Nanae, but I didn't have the courage to bring home a 4-pack 💦.
I took a chance and asked for it since it was at my regular store ✨.
First sip.
The aroma of rice. It smells like koji (malted rice).
No fruity or freshness.
Like a classical sake, the aftertaste is smooth.
It is a perfect food sake.
It is a sake that goes well with Japanese food.
