As the name suggests, super easy to drink. This is also a first for me.
All the drinks are first-timers today, but they are all delicious and enjoyable.
Sake with a great ginjo aroma. It is sweet and delicious.
This sake was made by the toji's wife at the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery in Hokkaido to help rebuild the brewery. The master is at another sake brewery. Rebuilding a brewery is a tough job, isn't it? I wish them all the best.
I don't remember how many times I've had it, but after a long time, it's too delicious with a fruity pear-like taste and high ginjo aroma. The taste is great for the price.
Warmed up (40 degrees), it is delicious. It is easy to drink as the alcohol feeling does not come to the forefront. I think I'm drinking it the right way since it's supposed to be warmed up. It is a good sake for warming up.
55° is tangy, and the alcohol taste goes into the nose.
50° doesn't give me the same impression, but there is less alcohol on the nose.
I think I prefer 40°, myself.
Fruity Kamonishiki. It has a different taste from the one in the package tag, but it is more modern than the usual Kamonishiki. I have never seen such a stylish Kamonishiki.
Stable taste. It has no peculiarities and is always delicious. It is a product that never goes out of style. I recommend it if you want to drink it in large gulps.
