Sake with a hint of bitterness. It is probably very easy to drink, but it is not my favorite sake to drink at home. However, I would be happy to drink it outside.
Bitter and sweet sake with a strong punch of bitterness and sweetness.
Sweet, not fruity.
This sake is delicious, but it also chooses what to eat, and people who like it will like it.
I like it.
A habitual but tasty sake.
The micro-foaming is also a bit strong, so be careful when uncorking.
The bitterness and lactobacillus taste are very much to my liking.
It goes very well with today's snacks, konnyaku with spicy sauce and grilled chicken with sansho (Japanese pepper) flavor.
Good aroma. Full of flavor.
How could I not like it?
Following yesterday's "Umi-fu-do" (sea, wind, and earth), here is another series of kanji (Chinese characters) that are a bit like "kitchen characters". I wonder if it's a trend.
I ran out to buy one as soon as I received the newsletter.
Two bottles per person. It looks like it won't last until the weekend, so if you want a bottle, run!
This is the best sake I've had this year.
Or rather, my favorite.
I like it so much that my Japanese input device converts "San-do" into "San-do" all at once.
It starts with a fruity aroma and is quite slightly effervescent. It is definitely delicious and my stable favorite. Goes very well with grilled white eel. Highly recommended!
Unusual taste. It also feels un-Japanese sake-like. The bitter taste is interesting. The aroma is also refreshing, like narcissus. Interesting. Delicious.
I don't know what the difference is between the Silver series, but this one is quite sweet. I wonder if it is difficult to make as a food sake. But this is a sake for women to drink by itself.
