Warmed up (40 degrees), it is delicious. It is easy to drink as the alcohol feeling does not come to the forefront. I think I'm drinking it the right way since it's supposed to be warmed up. It is a good sake for warming up.
55° is tangy, and the alcohol taste goes into the nose.
50° doesn't give me the same impression, but there is less alcohol on the nose.
I think I prefer 40°, myself.
Fruity Kamonishiki. It has a different taste from the one in the package tag, but it is more modern than the usual Kamonishiki. I have never seen such a stylish Kamonishiki.
Stable taste. It has no peculiarities and is always delicious. It is a product that never goes out of style. I recommend it if you want to drink it in large gulps.
It is sweet and tasty, slightly effervescent, and seems to be popular with women, including the etiquette. The aroma is thin, but the taste is gorgeous and delicious. I didn't know that Chiba's sake was so fashionable.
Full of sweet and savory. Served at a gastronomy restaurant that serves dishes using Nara's food.
Very good with risotto (different name because it is Spanish food).
