It is neither clear nor refreshing, and has no habits. In a good way. I would not recommend this sake to beginners, but if you have started drinking sake and have tried Shinmasa, Sharaku, Kuheiji, and other middle-of-the-road sake, you can enjoy it when you are ready to enjoy the surroundings. I had menchikatsu today, and it goes well with it.
The sweetness is extra intense. Sake with a new sense of value that is not sake-like in a good way. I hope it will be more and more active in the world. It is a delicious sake that can be trusted with the future.
Miraculously, I found one bottle left at the store and bought it. This sake is right in the middle of the sake world. The alcohol is mild even right after the bottle is uncorked. It is the most delicious sake.
As the name suggests, super easy to drink. This is also a first for me.
All the drinks are first-timers today, but they are all delicious and enjoyable.
Sake with a great ginjo aroma. It is sweet and delicious.
This sake was made by the toji's wife at the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery in Hokkaido to help rebuild the brewery. The master is at another sake brewery. Rebuilding a brewery is a tough job, isn't it? I wish them all the best.
I don't remember how many times I've had it, but after a long time, it's too delicious with a fruity pear-like taste and high ginjo aroma. The taste is great for the price.
Warmed up (40 degrees), it is delicious. It is easy to drink as the alcohol feeling does not come to the forefront. I think I'm drinking it the right way since it's supposed to be warmed up. It is a good sake for warming up.
55° is tangy, and the alcohol taste goes into the nose.
50° doesn't give me the same impression, but there is less alcohol on the nose.
I think I prefer 40°, myself.
