It's been a long time since I've had otters. I was happy to be able to buy it online at a fixed price, but it was on sale at a local supermarket.
The crisp sweetness as usual goes well with chilled tofu. The picture is of a dashimaki tamago, though. It is an appropriate sake for New Year's Eve.

年末年始用にと5本程かがた屋さんで購入した中の第二弾。(第一弾は一白水成。もう飲んじゃった。)
爽やかな酸味の中にキリッとした苦味が美味しい。
注文した田中さんのお料理と合って、選んだ私グッジョブです。

同じ樽の真ん中は山間で上だか下だかが、こちらになるとのこと。
開けたてはアルコール強めですが、どちらかといえば甘みが来るファーストインプレッション。食中酒では無いかな。美味しいよー。

雄町なのでキリッとした味わいでも旨味あります。
開けたても美味しいですが、時間が経ってもまろやかになって美味しいのです。
手抜きで冷凍餃子(王将)がおつまみでしたが、合いますよ。
