I drank a bottle of "Juichu" and enjoyed it so much that I drank "Aki-agari" sake as well!
It was like a darker version of Juichu. I had an image of "ripe" Aki-agari, but it wasn't like that, it was delicious!

I wanted to buy some sake from Kanagawa.
It is gorgeous but refreshing. It is a gentle sake that is typical of Omachi. A good sake!

I bought it when I visited Hakuba the other day.
It seems to be a collaboration between a ski resort and a sake brewery. It is made from rice called Yamae-Nishiki, planted at the new moon and harvested at the full moon!

I had to take a bullet one-day trip to Chiku on my way back from a trip to Nagano Prefecture.
I bought a bottle of Nagano sake, Masumi Arabashiri, at a store in Matsumoto. It has a strong sweetness from the rice, but then it is crisp and fresh. Delicious.

On the way back from a test run for the Kyoto Marathon, I went to Yohaku, a fermentation restaurant that I had been curious about for a while.
I was allowed to have a corner drink in the small room, but there were so many items on the menu that I couldn't decide (laugh).
I chose the omakase (omakase sake comparison), and I liked the Housenono-no-oto (sound of the treasure ship wave)!
Three kinds of Atete. Heshiko? The heshiko (fish cake) really makes the sake go down. The sake cups are cute too.

I bought this sake on a trip to Fukui to visit the Hakuryu brewery. It has a pear-like fruity aroma, but it is refreshing and delicious.
