はるちゃんI went to Musashikoyama for the first time in a while, so I bought it at Kagataya Sake Shop. Maybe because it is directly pumped or unfiltered, it has a unique fermentation smell like wine, which is interesting! It has a good acidity and sweetness. The taste will probably change depending on the environment in which it was kept. I am looking forward to drinking it after tomorrow!
