はるちゃんI realized I had forgotten to raise it and it was completely empty. This year's Risshun morning aperitif was Tenranzan. It has a tangy, pungent taste that is typical of nama sake, but it is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has just the right balance that I like! I think it is because the process of making Risshun Asa Shibori is the same, so it seems to be the same no matter where I drink it. But it is delicious and I love this sake that I can find once a year! I look forward to another year!
