Polishing ratio 50%. It has a gorgeous pineapple aroma and a sweetness that clings to the tongue when tasted carefully. The sharpness is not bad, so it is surprisingly suitable as a mid-meal drink! Personally, I feel it is too heavy on its own, so I am happy to drink it with main dishes in the middle to the end of the day.

Kake rice Yamadanishiki Koji rice Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 55 It has a clean, clear taste and is easy to drink without any cloying taste! It is easy to drink with no cloying taste. It has a beautiful aftertaste, so it is excellent as a mid-meal sake. When the temperature rises to just before room temperature, the gorgeous flavor comes out and it is even more delicious. 🙆‍♀️

Koji: Yamadanishiki (21%) Kake: Gohyakumangoku (79%) Polishing ratio 60 It is as smooth and gentle as Ishikawa's image (at its own discretion). It has a strong sweetness in the beginning and a nice balance with a refreshing bitterness in the latter half. 🙆‍♀️ It has a freshness and umami without any cloying taste, and can be enjoyed on its own! It is my favorite Tetorigawa 😍.

Koji rice Yamadanishiki Kake rice Mizukagami Polishing ratio 60 At Mr. Kurando's Sake Gacha. Rice from Shiga prefecture is used. It has a clear Hagi no Dew feeling! Gentle dry taste and somewhat mellow acidity. It's a good sake to drink in the latter half of the meal. Officially, it is said to be for solid meat dishes!

Omachi rice polished to 60%. Haneya is the best no matter how many times you drink it 😋. It's a gorgeous, juicy, and vibrant wine from start to finish with a light aftertaste. It is sweet but has a bitter element that goes well with any meal. This sake is too well-balanced. I trust Haneya so much that if asked for a sake recommendation, I would say Haneya for women 🥹.

Comet Polishing ratio 50%. It is juicy with a delicious mouthfeel, coexisting with a fleshy sweetness and a chilliness of acidity. The sweet and sour taste and the bottle color give it a strawberry feel 🍓. The bitterness and aftertaste are gentle and unctuous, so even though it is sweet, it is easy to drink and delicious! It is quite sweet, so it is more difficult to pair with meals.

Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture, Polishing ratio 50%. The bottle was opened after 10 months. It is a must for those who love bubbles. It has a fruity, grapefruity taste with just the right amount of bitterness, which is unique to ori (ori). Easy to drink and with a clean aftertaste, it's more of a toast than a dessert. 100 points. I wonder how it would be different if the bottle had been opened immediately...

Kura-no-Hana, Miyamanishiki, Gin-no-Iroha, etc. (blend of 4 types of sake) Average rice polishing ratio 60 It was a gift. I think it was left a little too long so it doesn't taste right 😭. This is my first blended sake and I don't find it as complex as I imagined it would be. It has a full-bodied rice flavor and a slight thickening. However, it has a dry and rich aftertaste. I have the impression that it is a classical sake made easy to drink! The bottle is just lovely.
