Polishing ratio 60 As a Haneya lover, I have high expectations for this bottle! I took a sip and wondered what it was. 🤔It is quite bitter and not too sweet for Haneya. It is clear in the beginning and bitter and sharp and piquant in the latter half! It goes really well with meat dishes! On its own, I thought the bitterness was too strong, but as a food wine, it is great. I would drink it with meat rather than fish!

Koji : Omachi Kake : Hachitan Nishiki Polishing ratio Koji: 50% Kake: 60 The aroma is mild and dry without any habit. It has a sharp, almost imperceptible aftertaste, giving the impression of being quite light. There is a hint of freshness and a chirichiri-ness to it that gives it a unique character. It is a refreshing way to wash down a strong-flavored meal, while a delicate meal may feel lacking... Personally, I like it very much!

Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 55 Overall, the sake was sharp and cool. Fruity and firmly bitter, with a juicy aspect due to the slight effervescence. The moderate sweetness that does not interfere with food is too much for my taste 🥹. It is different from the mellow sweet type that has been popular in recent years, but easily recommended for beginners!

Dewa Sanzan Polishing ratio 50%. Hanamup is still good. Sweet fruit aroma and rich umami! It is sweet but has a good sharpness. The sweetness becomes more pronounced as the temperature rises, so I personally find it easier to drink at lower temperatures. It has a wonderful gorgeousness that does not lose out even with strong flavored dishes, and was perfect with the Kakuni stew. ☺️

Polishing ratio 50%. It has a gorgeous pineapple aroma and a sweetness that clings to the tongue when tasted carefully. The sharpness is not bad, so it is surprisingly suitable as a mid-meal drink! Personally, I feel it is too heavy on its own, so I am happy to drink it with main dishes in the middle to the end of the day.

Koji: Yamadanishiki (21%) Kake: Gohyakumangoku (79%) Polishing ratio 60 It is as smooth and gentle as Ishikawa's image (at its own discretion). It has a strong sweetness in the beginning and a nice balance with a refreshing bitterness in the latter half. 🙆‍♀️ It has a freshness and umami without any cloying taste, and can be enjoyed on its own! It is my favorite Tetorigawa 😍.

Koji rice Yamadanishiki Kake rice Mizukagami Polishing ratio 60 At Mr. Kurando's Sake Gacha. Rice from Shiga prefecture is used. It has a clear Hagi no Dew feeling! Gentle dry taste and somewhat mellow acidity. It's a good sake to drink in the latter half of the meal. Officially, it is said to be for solid meat dishes!

Omachi rice polished to 60%. Haneya is the best no matter how many times you drink it 😋. It's a gorgeous, juicy, and vibrant wine from start to finish with a light aftertaste. It is sweet but has a bitter element that goes well with any meal. This sake is too well-balanced. I trust Haneya so much that if asked for a sake recommendation, I would say Haneya for women 🥹.
