Akita Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 45
Aroma of rice wine! One sip and you know it's expensive...
Green apple type freshness. Gentle, elegant and full. Soothing!

Unique aroma..! Somewhat cheese-like fermentation smell? The taste is mild and has no corners. It seems to go well with strong meals.
Sakahomare (specially cultivated rice produced in Fukui Prefecture)
It is delicious! It is fruity, but acidity and bitterness follow it, giving it a dry impression when you drink it in one gulp. When you taste it, it has a juicy sweet peach flavor. The aroma and umami are strong, and the richness is slightly thickened, not like Tsuneyama in a good way.

A rare sake with a big impact, produced to be dark, sweet, and sour. Its strong acidity makes it a good match for strong meals such as sweet-and-sour pork. It is so rich that even a small amount will give you a sense of satisfaction!
Koji rice type : Yamadanishiki from Oita Kake rice type : Hinohikari from Oita

Slightly effervescent. The aftertaste is quite bitter! Personally, I have the impression of bitterness, but it could also be taken as sourness. However, it does not have any peculiarities, so it is a good mid-meal sake. Aromatic and interesting!
Aomori Hana-Moi (One hundred and forty-five percent) Polishing ratio 50%.
It is gorgeous, fruity, and delicious! It has a full aroma with a gentle and clean aftertaste. Overall, it is round. It is well-balanced and is the kind of wine that you can easily drink too much of 😋.
Ipponjiri Polishing ratio 65% (flat polished rice)
It has a strong sweet taste. It is so easy to drink that you can enjoy it as if it were a juice. The sweet flavor lasts until the aftertaste.
Enjoy it by itself or with a few small sips in a classy way.

Craft saké with grapes used. Sweet and sour, slightly effervescent, almost sparkling wine. The freshness is wonderful, a stylish sake to drink before dinner 🍇The price is interesting, but it is a gift.
Rice Malted Rice type : Hanabukiyuki Kake Rice type : Masugura
Rice Polishing Ratio : Koji:55% Kakemai:60
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet-sour with a clean aftertaste. There is a hint of grape flavor, and it is just in between white wine and sake. It is a wonder.
It is delicious not only cold sake, but also at chilled temperature! This is my favorite of recent times. ☺️
Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 55
Super dry. It has a clear taste with no cloying flavor. It is light and crisp! When served cold, it is difficult to taste the sweetness of the rice unless you savor it slowly. The bitterness is moderate, and it is easy to drink. I like it a lot.
Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60
Sake quality: Lightly dry and delicious! Sourness and bitterness in the second half. It is too sharp and disappears!
Delicate aroma, it seems to be defeated by strong dishes. Suitable for the early stage!
Gin-no-Iroha Polishing ratio 50%.
Gentle sweetness and strong acidity give it a fresh impression. While the sake is light and beautiful, it is not strong, so it should be paired with light meals. It has a nice flavor that you don't get tired of drinking, and it is very satisfying as a food sake. ☺️
Omachi Polishing ratio 80
This sake has a natural and light impression with a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Koei Kiku. It is a type of sake that shows its strength more as a food sake than as a stand-alone sake. The aftertaste is bitter and never gets boring! It seems to be easy to match with any genre of food.
Koshidariya (variety of rice)
It is expensive because it is an exhibitor sake, but it won a gold medal at the National New Sake Competition. Slightly sweet, fresh and juicy. It's just delicious! (Too bad I could only drink a small sip 😭)
Good morning everyone 😃
Masayo here! I thought the atmosphere was something different from the others, but it's an exhibited sake 😊 Anyway, it's delicious 😋I'd like to try this one 🤗.

This is dry, fruity, and delicious! The fruity aroma is gorgeous, the gas is fine and strong, the taste is sharp and bitter and dry ✨It's close to my favorite image of Fudo! Green apple type 🍏.

As a Haneya lover, I have high expectations for this bottle!
I took a sip and wondered what it was. 🤔It is quite bitter and not too sweet for Haneya. It is clear in the beginning and bitter and sharp and piquant in the latter half! It goes really well with meat dishes! On its own, I thought the bitterness was too strong, but as a food wine, it is great. I would drink it with meat rather than fish!
Koji : Omachi Kake : Hachitan Nishiki
Polishing ratio Koji: 50% Kake: 60
The aroma is mild and dry without any habit. It has a sharp, almost imperceptible aftertaste, giving the impression of being quite light. There is a hint of freshness and a chirichiri-ness to it that gives it a unique character. It is a refreshing way to wash down a strong-flavored meal, while a delicate meal may feel lacking... Personally, I like it very much!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Despite its massive appearance, it's Swiss! ☺️ If you come across it, we'd love to hear from you! We look forward to your feedback ✨
Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture 50% Kake rice, 65% Koji rice
Delicious. The rice flavor and freshness spreading gently and gently. The sweetness is moderate, but it has a sharpness that makes it an easy-drinking sake! Fukui sake is great with fish.
