Overall, the sake was sharp and cool.
Fruity and firmly bitter, with a juicy aspect due to the slight effervescence. The moderate sweetness that does not interfere with food is too much for my taste 🥹.
It is different from the mellow sweet type that has been popular in recent years, but easily recommended for beginners!
