Sweet fruit aroma and rich umami! It is sweet but has a good sharpness. The sweetness becomes more pronounced as the temperature rises, so I personally find it easier to drink at lower temperatures. It has a wonderful gorgeousness that does not lose out even with strong flavored dishes, and was perfect with the Kakuni stew. ☺️
