I had had it before in a can-can and remembered it being very tasty, but I was very impressed when I had it in a proper bottle, and in its pure form! The store staff informed me that it had a fruity taste with a strong pineapple flavor. I was really impressed with the taste! I finished a bottle by myself in one day, which was a bit of a waste...
I had such a nice drink today when I was entertaining a client.
I had it in a wine glass, and it was an incredibly delicious drink that deserved to be served in a wine glass!
My usual liquor store had stopped selling the wine by weight.... So I bought a bottle to taste the flavor of the sake. It was very tasty, but I still couldn't taste the unique flavor of "nama-hashiroshi".
I'll continue to learn.
I bought it without a second thought after the store staff recommended it to me, saying that it had been accepted worldwide by the NOBU restaurant. I don't know if it's world-class or something cheeky, but the fruity flavor is outstanding! Niigata's sake is really delicious, and I was having a drink with the feeling that it is the charm of a rice-producing region.
I picked it up half-heartedly because I thought it was a cute little can-can drink, but it tastes like crap! It's really good! It tastes like a fruity muscat, and I'm really impressed!
The first sip was a bit unexpected, with a strong, robust taste. I thought it would be more like Junmai-shu than Junmai-Ginjo, but as I continued to drink it, I found it to be very easy to drink! I've had Ginban before at Sushi Zammai, but I was impressed again by the taste. I've had Ginban at Sushi Zammai before, but I was impressed by the taste again. Today is another happy Friday with sake. Good luck this week!
