The first sip was a bit unexpected, with a strong, robust taste. I thought it would be more like Junmai-shu than Junmai-Ginjo, but as I continued to drink it, I found it to be very easy to drink! I've had Ginban before at Sushi Zammai, but I was impressed again by the taste. I've had Ginban at Sushi Zammai before, but I was impressed by the taste again. Today is another happy Friday with sake. Good luck this week!
