Yoshi
My favorite Hanamup.
This time it is Akita Sake Komachi with a divine orange label. When the bottle is opened and poured into a glass, it has a sweet aroma typical of Hanamup. In the mouth, it gives the impression of sweet and sour with less of the rich sweetness of Hanamup. At the end of drinking, there is a slight accent of bitterness and the umami of rice. It is naturally delicious as a stand-alone dessert sake, but we also recommend pairing it with sashimi and sushi as a mid-meal drink.
