I bought this sake out of curiosity after hearing that it was made by a foreign master brewer. It is a refreshing sake that goes well with just about anything.

It doesn't have the sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, but if you want to enjoy a refreshing summer sake, you can drink it on the rocks!

Rock and clear. I bought this on the recommendation of the clerk at the liquor store. I bought it on a trial basis because they were out of stock of the 1.5 liter bottles and the restocking schedule was undecided.
