A connected person in Tottori sent me this sake✨. Although I was told it was a beautiful, easy drinking sake... It's not a fruity sake, but it's a sake that is full of rice flavor and has a sharpness to it. It is easy to drink, but also has a solid punch that I like 🤣. But don't be fooled by the label🤣!

From last year's 12 degrees to this year's 10 degrees design✨. What kind of technology does 10 degrees of unfiltered undiluted sake... It has a little bit of Kaze no Mori's characteristic gas, but not as much as I expected. It's a really beautiful summer sake, and it's really stress-free to drink. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I can't wait to see what they come up with again next year✨. It was 10 degrees so it volatilized very quickly 🙇✨(Hey, the higher the alcohol, the more volatile it should be...)

The aroma is a complex mix of rich rice and lactic acid characteristic of old-fashioned namaishou, and as you slowly savor it in your mouth, the mellowness mixes with the spiciness characteristic of aluzoe, and the finish is crisp and clean despite the aluzoe...wow...I've never had anything like this before 🥰✨. . It's perfect to pair with battery flavored dishes in summer😍.

In a word, it sinks in. It's as if you're drinking a delicious meal... If you imagine a sake for food, you'll probably get an "oooh" smell when you drink it as is, but this one is very clear from the middle. It has a high level of perfection, and I was impressed for the first time in a long time. It overturns the image of Yamahai in a good way. . Most of the snacks you want to eat as a side dish with rice will definitely go well with this ️. I wish I could have this on hand at all times.... . If you like fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious, this is also a great sake to try once 😆.

Mr. Kitchee I used to live in Katano city when I was a kid, so I was curious about this sake. I didn't buy it for some reason, but after reading your review, I really want to try it 😉.

This is 230 yen for a 180ml aluminum can, right? Just the right amount of flavor and a great sharpness... even the costa is too strong🤣. It's a savior drink when you're having dinner and you're disappointed that you only have aromatic drinks 😂✨.

When I opened the bottle and poured it into the glass, I didn't think it was that gassy ❓, but the aroma was refreshing and the body and flavor of the rice was strong.... What a first time experience 🤣! It's only 16% alcohol, so it has a solid body, perfect for a sake lover's aperitif!

It's also 80% polished rice (the higher this number, the more powerful it is because the rice isn't cut down), so it's got a stronger body🤔The aroma is subdued, but I felt more semedyne than muscat 😌It's a very enjoyable sake, with good rice flavor, fullness, and a tingly, gassy feel👍.

I didn't think much about it, so I mixed up the oriental and then turned off the bottle, but I️️ didn't even open it, and the whole family was surprised by the loudest sound in a long time. . The aroma is like a fresh grapefruit, and I thought it would be sour, but it's surprisingly tart because of the ori 😆 For 13 degrees, it's a bit swollen and refreshing 😆 You could say it's grapefruit juice, but the ori gives it a nice flavor and depth ✨This The first impression I have is that it's hard to match with Japanese food, but it could go well with a wide range of cheeses🤔✨.

Good evening, Mr. Kitchee! 😄 I gave this to my father at home, and he opened it with a bang! I've got a few more in the pipeline, so I'll have to be careful not to hit the ceiling 😆 I don't have any releases for a while, so I'm wondering when I'll drink them. 💦

The aroma is like dried grapes, tortoiseshell candy, or caramel for that matter✨. Does it come with a bang? But it's mild on the palate, with a sweetness of rice and a solid body☺️. . I've been keeping it at room temperature for a while now, and I'm enjoying it more and more, and it's getting mellower and more complex😍. . It's a great sake to have in the house, and it's perfect for Japanese food, sashimi, and salty snacks. . To be honest, the taste is not as pretty as the label‼️, but the nice label will fool you (←), and if you like smelling things, why not drink it too☺️.

I️️️️️️️️️️!) It's not a pandering to the current trend at all, it's a sharpness like the one that made Tohoku and Niigata prosperous in 1990 or so 😆 Most of those sakes are honjozo (alcohol (mostly shochu) added), but this one has that sharpness with junmai 😊 so you can feel the swelling and weight in the middle 🤔. . By the way, Jopari means "stubborn" in Tsugaru dialect😊. . And when you warm it up, you get a different look 🤔 the swelling and rice sweetness comes out more clearly than the sharpness 😆 that's the moment when I really think sake is great 😍 I'm afraid this sake is going to run out in an instant, just like you said the low alcohol easy drinking sake ran out in an instant 😂 lol.

M310 yeast and the yeast specific to the core of Watanabe Brewery, ethyl caproate ️(compared to apples or pears), strongly speaking, this one is closer to pears🤔❓. I thought it was going to be sweet from there, but it unexpectedly weighed on my tongue and ended up with a rather sharp outline (I don't like to describe it as too spicy or dry, but I'd say it was spicy from the sharpness🤔) ✨. . This is delicious 😆 Not quite a white wine alternative, but I imagine it would go well with cheese-based or cream sauce-based dishes🤔. . New York cheesecake to try... this is the best match 😍👍. The aroma, the right amount of sweetness and sharpness wraps the rich cheesecake into a pleasant aftertaste... 😆 I could go on and on...

The much talked about Genmai, I finally tried it 😊. It has a strong melon and slightly banana aroma, more body than I expected, and a good sharpness... what? It's a rare sake so I thought it would be very unique, but it's just plain delicious... on the contrary, I feel like there are many other similar sakes out there😂.

The melon aroma is quite strong and sweet, but at 16 degrees, the body is very strong 😊The end result has a bit of bitterness, so you can enjoy the complex flavor 😆.

Local Miyagi's famous sake😊. Hakurakusei's Tokujun✨ which is claimed to be the ultimate food sake. Tokujun has a little less of the banana taste of Jun Gin, but with the right amount of acidity, fullness, and sharpness, it's the perfect balance for a food sake😆. You won't get tired of drinking it😌. When heated, the expression changes and becomes very mild😊. It is a very mild sake that should be drunk by everyone.

It's a souvenir from a relative's business trip to Towada, and it's a sake that's only distributed locally. . The rice polishing ratio is 80% (the less polished rice tends to have a more complex flavor), and the price is 1100 yen for a pure rice sake. . It is a versatile sake that can be paired with any meal without getting tired of drinking it. . Maybe they are doing this to support home drinking, but to serve this quality at this price, the locals are too happy 😂🎉.

The second sake I exchanged with a friend was a Fuji Taikan Junmai Daiginjo from Ibaraki Prefecture😊. This was my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture (from memory and record) and I was looking forward to it😊. . The aroma is, like sweet honey🤔 with a hint of melon too😊. . On the palate, it tastes like a dry white wine ☺️very clear ✨ as you would expect from grinding Yamada Nishiki from the special A district ☺️.

A crowded hana-yoko ✨. It's hard to find and I've been wanting to try this drink for a long time, but I finally did😊. . I've been wanting to try it for a long time, but finally got around to it😊 . And it's even more intense than I imagined ☺️. I've been wanting to try this for a long time and finally got around to it 😊. . It's not easy to find and I'm in the camp that says you don't need a rare sake to have a good one, but this one is honestly delicious☺️.

I've been buying sake from a liquor store, but when I was shopping at a nearby co-op, I stopped by the sake section and noticed a jacket that caught my eye. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a big fan of sake or because I'm not a big fan of sake 🤣. . The aroma is not as strong apple (cape) as Doubleday, but it's a nice similar aroma😊In the mouth, it's crisp as you would expect from a very special dry sake👍I think I like this one😍✨. . The aroma isn't too intense and it's dry so it will be good with fatty meat washes and beef ☺️. . It's reasonable and I think I'll stock up 🤭 lol.
