We visited the Sake Festival at Ojin Shrine. Sake brewers attend the festival to pray for the safety and success of the brewing process. Since there are many places to visit at Ojin Shrine I decided to pay my respects. At the Miwa Densetsu Kura, a newly built brewery on the approach to the shrine, we drank freshly pressed 60% Yamada Nishiki. I drank freshly pressed Yamada-Nishiki 60. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a slight effervescence. The taste was refreshing. The full flavor of Yamada-Nishiki was delicious. It was on sale from the 20th, so it was impossible to purchase.
