I tasted various kinds of sake at Hankyu Department Store.
I bought it because I liked the taste and the fact that I did not have to worry about where to store it since it is an aged sake.
I had it lukewarm with oden.
The color was yellowish like aged sake.
It has a rounded flavor with a mildly rounded edge. I like the mild aroma and richness derived from aging.
Warming it to lukewarm softens the acidity and increases the umami.
It went very well with daikon radish soaked in oden soup stock.
It is a winter delight.
