Osaka Bay Tower ⑫Japanese Sake Festival
I'm already flustered. I had a lot of other drinks.
I brought a notepad, but it was difficult to keep track. I want to drink the next sake right away (laughs).
They really are all delicious!
It was the most fun! I would definitely like to participate again next time.
The MC for the day was Aki Yoshikawa.
She has appeared on TV Osaka's Adult Travel Arukitabi. She also has a YouTube channel called Sake Girl's SAKE Lecture.
I bought a new phone cover for this day.
Mr. Yoshikawa signed it for me~!
I also received a sticker! Thank you very much. Yay!
Hi Pekkar 😃.
You drank quite a variety of drinks at the raging event post ❗️ 😆 I enjoy the pictures that I can imagine the atmosphere of the event 🤩.
I can't write it all down even if I bring notes! I'm only in good shape myself in the beginning 😆.

This is my first time at Kurumizaka-san. I was looking forward to drinking it on this day.
This sake was previously introduced by Kenchi Tachibana on TV.
Ahhhhh, it is delicious!
Fruity and fresh. It was a very beautiful impression~.
Kurumazaka Yamahai Kurumazaka Yamahai Nama-hai Nama sake
I like the taste of this one too.
It is somewhat robust.
Japanese Sake Fest】Osaka Bay Tower (10)
I will buy a bottle next time!
It's my favorite.
It was so good that it sobered me up.
The sake was surprisingly rich and sweet, with a sake degree of -57.
However, it is not heavy. You can drink it refreshingly.
I was recommended to drink it with soda. It is also delicious on the rocks.
0Nippon Soul Mizuhashi Special II Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It is delicious!
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is also good on the rocks.

I am completely drunk. I drank a lot.
My notes are a bit fuzzy...
This one was written "Ama~~ai" (laugh).
It is a cute pink sake.
The pamphlet says it goes well with strawberry shortcake. I see, I would like to try it.
0Takayuu Junmai Nigori
This sake is not so sweet.
It is nigori, but it is colorless and clear, and you can finish drinking it easily.
Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (8)
It's a red comet, isn't it?
It has a sweet aroma. There is absolutely no cloying taste at all. I loved the fruity taste.
0-Endo GOLD Junmai Daiginjo
The aroma is gorgeous. It is also a delicious sake.
Hello, Bekkaaru 😀
As a volunteer staff member, I am very happy to hear that you were able to fully enjoy the Japanese Sake Festival 😀.
This sake was so popular that we ran out of tasting on the first day😅.
Hi Yasbay!
This was the first event I attended. I really enjoyed it!
Thanks to Yasbay and all the staff members! Thank you again. The popular red comet! I'm glad I could drink it!
Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (7)
This is Hanayuki's Shichihoda.
It was a shocking drink!
This is no longer a fish.
It has a great flavor and I think I will become addicted to it.
I would definitely like to try this sake with boiled fish or sashimi.
And it is a 6,000 yen sake!
Hi Pekkar 🌞.
Looks like a new and delicious way to get over the 100 steps snake 🐍 of poisonous snakes.
Sounds like a drink 😂.
I would like to drink it once! 😆
Hello, 10ZG-STQ!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a 35% rice polishing ratio. Would that be fish...(sweat)
To put it in an exaggerated way, it was dashi.
But "Is it this sake?" and I worry about the authenticity of my note...
Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (6)
It is said that this sake is only available in Akita Prefecture! I'm so happy~!
Fukkomachi" is a sake I've always been curious about.
A sake event was introduced on my favorite SakeLabo channel.
There was a sake tasting contest, and Kai-san was right on target. The sake was "Fukkomachi".
It has a very nice aroma! This is definitely a delicious sake!
Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (5)
Oh! This is a sour type!
You can feel the sweetness, but the sourness is more than the sweetness. But it is not bad at all!
It is delicious.
Seven laughs. That's a great name!
I thought it was a sake that makes you happy when you drink it.
Hahaha (laughs) Laughing is the best of all!
Hello, Bekkarl 😀
You can find it here: 🙇♀️
I also tasted the sake while volunteering and liked this one so much that I bought it and left 😀.
I'm looking forward to drinking it slowly at home 😀.
Hi, Yasbay!
Nanasho is a sake that I have been wanting to drink since the day before I have been wanting to drink it since the day before. Nagano's sake is also very famous!
I see that the Japanese Sake Festival is scheduled to be held in October as well!
I will definitely be there lol!

This is Ai from brewing aroma.
I am gradually getting into a good mood.
This sake is 4,000 yen including tax! Wow!
It is very refreshing.
You can drink it easily.
However, it is a waste to drink 4,000 yen so quickly.
I forgot to taste "Midori".... Too bad.
Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (3)
Kumamoto Prefecture's sake, isn't it?
I have only had Reizan. I'm looking forward to this one.
It's a very nice name, "Otentosama! It is a summer-only sake.
The taste is also outstanding! Fruity and refreshing. Fruity and refreshing, with a crisp finish.
0Taito Junmai Ginjo Hou
The blue bottle is cool! This sake was also perfect for the hot summer!

Next was Mr. Gobashi.
I learned on the morning of the event that it originates from "Kintai Bridge" in Iwakuni City. Here is the information from the video.
The ride I wanted to drink!
It's a red yeast sake~!
It's sweet and sour~!
MAX's "ride on time" was playing in my head (lol).
0Gohashi Mizuch Ki Happo Junmai
Oh, this is lemon squash~!
Very crisp and refreshing!
0Gobashi Junmai Daiginjo 50%
Mmmm, nice aroma. Smooth and easy to drink. We were able to enjoy an expensive luxury sake! Yay!
Osaka Bay Tower (1)
I went to the first part of the festival!
We had a toast at the 3pm start of the second part of the festival.
It was hot! The temperature was 34 degrees Celsius.
However, it was ok because there was a moderate breeze and a ceiling. I was able to concentrate on the sake.
More than 22 local sake breweries from all over Japan were lined up.
Today's goal was to "drink as much as possible.
We proceeded with a simple-is-best visit plan.
The first brewery is Naruto Tai.
It's good~! Delicious.
They use "LED dream yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefecture.
I got the impression that it had a strong acidity. It is fruity and refreshing.
0Naruto-tai Ginjo-shiboritate Nama-nihonshu
It is a sake in an aluminum can. It was very cold! It is also fruity and delicious.
