We're only a few days into the year already.
The contributions are piling up 🤣.
I bought this at Imanishi Sake Brewery when I visited Ojin Shrine ⛩️.
It is freshly made sake bottled in time for the Ookami Shrine Sake Festival.
It was so fresh that a cloud of oriole was rising from the bottle as soon as it was opened. The milky flavor and refreshing acidity were in harmony and went well with the cheese-based Italian food we had on the second day.
