This is the first time for me to drink Yuyamanishiki sake. I bought a bottle at the end of the year and opened it today, after a short break from work.
The aroma was strong, like a traditional sake. The aroma is strong, and the flavor is not too strong, but the mouthfeel is very good. After swallowing, a slight sourness remains, which is pleasant.
The sake-like taste at the beginning may divide people into two groups, but I like it.

It was a gift from a person who has been a great help to us.
It looks very luxurious from the outside. I tried it at room temperature. It has a sweet taste with a slight alcohol taste and a refreshing aftertaste.
The sweetness is enhanced when paired with asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), making it a perfect food sake. The aroma is elegant, so it might be better not to chill it too much.
We will enjoy it little by little.

I have always been curious about Tenbi. I bought it when I went back home. Even though it is a draft sake, it does not have a strong alcohol taste, but it has a rich flavor and is easy to drink. No wonder it has so many fans.
