I used to drink the non-pasteurized green label a lot, but happened to find a bottle of unpasteurized sake and bought it. It's delicious, with a schwarziness + a slight sweetness. I don't like the cold season, but I like nama-shu.

A gift from my parents. The delicious sweetness spreads from the entrance and disappears quickly leaving a slight bitterness when swallowed. I have been drinking fruity sake recently, so the sensation when I put it in my mouth was fresh. It seems to go well with light Japanese food. It may not be the most modern sake, but it is a delicious sake.

I've been curious about it for a long time, but never thought I'd see it here. Aromatic and clear sake. A slight bitterness after swallowing without any unpleasant taste until the end. It is a very luxurious and rewarding sake.

On the right is Katsuma. This one has no thorns and is very refreshing when swallowed. The downside is that it is hard to find. Toyama is the best.

Next recommended was Wakakoma's Yakyu (Bikyu). It is said to be dry, but I really like the aroma. The aftertaste is also refreshing and I think I will be addicted to it. I would like to try other kinds.

Business trip to Toyama. I uploaded three kinds of sake because I enjoyed it even though I thought it was wrong. At a sake bar in front of the station, I asked for a set of sake to compare. The first one they recommended was the one on the left, Masuzumi. It is only available at the sake brewery and this store. It has a refreshing taste. A slight alcohol taste at the end of the drink.
