Purchased on a business trip to Toyama with the rest of Toyama Money.
Slightly carbonated and sweet with a calm sweetness from start to finish. It is refreshing but not spicy. The aroma doesn't stand up so much when rolling around in the mouth. It is an elegant sake that does not interfere with meals.
