The bottle was opened with an accompaniment of Merikuri. We had failed to buy it at last year's Nigolympics. This year, I got it safely. The bottle was opened with a bang. The top aroma was muscat and a little bit of cemedine. It has a strong gasiness, beautiful bubbles, and a fine oli. The mouthfeel is sweeter than expected for a silky dry. Comparing it to other "gorori" style sake, it is like Mimuro Sugi>This>Yukidaruma. It is not too heavy, but elegant, refreshing, and gentle. It has a sharpness and can be used even during a meal. The pairing with Christmas cake is not so subtle. The elegant sweetness is blurred. Well, coffee is the best with cake. The label design is more imposing and easier to drink in the evening than the Yuki-Onna era, lol.

New Year's Reminder 3 I had a bottle of this sake in the summer and enjoyed it so much that I bought another bottle and kept it until the end of the year. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, smoothness and sweet juiciness on the palate, and an occasional wave of sharpness and sharpness, all in all, a perfect balance. If I were to point out a weakness, it would be that it is so easy to drink that you find yourself running out of sake. One of the most memorable brands among the first ones I drank last year. It will be a repeat purchase this summer. Another chronicle has been engraved in my sake-no-wa life! (It's decided! (Doyah!)

New Year's Reminder 2 (now) A lucky label reminiscent of Kohaku (red and white). As an offering for New Year's Eve. Open the bottle gently. The top aroma is elegant and fruity, like melon. The mouthfeel is bubbly, but the gaseous sensation is mild. It is not a substitute for champagne. Surprisingly, the acidity comes first, followed by sweetness and a bit of a sizzle, then a tangy sake sensation, and a short aftertaste. There is a gap between the red and white label and the image of flashy sweet and fruity due to the year-end bias. The balance of Hououmida's not only gorgeous but also bitterness and acidity is still there, and it can be matched with both sashimi and meat. Hanafulu is Heki-ban and Akaban Kasumi is a little sweet balance.

New Year's Reminder (now) The bottle is somewhat lively, though not so much as to fly open. The top aroma is gentle lychee-like fruitiness. The mouthfeel is very light. The gasiness is not that strong. It is characterized by acidity and sweetness, and is quite modern. As the temperature rises, the two-top sweet and bitter flavors run freely. The freshness of the sake is also good. I have never had a fire-brewed sake, so I cannot compare the two, but it was sweeter than I expected. The sweetness and lightness make it very easy to drink, but I felt it was a bit lacking for the first bottle. On the other hand, it's perfect for the second or third bottle (too much...). I highly recommend this brand to those who like modern sake with a wine taste. Sawaya & Matsumoto Joint Law Firm ...just saying (Hiroshi?)

I remember there used to be a candy called Nu~bo~, which was a fluffy air-in chocolate sandwiched between monaka, and I liked it very much, but when I came to think about it, it was discontinued. ...Oops, that was a review. The opening of the bottle was a bit gassy and a bit scary. It is also shrieking in the glass. The aroma is mild, with alternating notes of sake and apple. The mouthfeel is dry. But it is easy to drink, with a subtle apple fruitiness and freshness. It is tangy and drinkable, and the drink is quick and easy to finish, as promised by Hakusen Sensei. It is perfect for the season. It is a versatile sake with a wide range of food pairings! By the way, Nouveau means new wine, not sweets (yes, we all know that).

How is it an extra product? Although it is labeled as jungin, it is blended with jundai, and seems to be a brand with excellent specifications and cost performance. The bottle is opened gently. There is a nice, slightly pshhhhhh sound. The gasiness is not as noticeable as the sound, and the fruity aroma of apples and muscats spreads in a flurry. The mouthfeel is more mid-bodied than one might expect. It is clean, sweet, and refreshing, but you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste. As the temperature rises, a bitter taste emerges, but this accentuates the fruity flavor and the deliciousness of the rice, making it hard to get tired of it. Personally, it has a similar nuance to Shichiken Jungin. I like this genre very much. It is indeed an extravaganza. Now, how is it a separate enclosure... (Moetue)

Mini bottle. Is it sweeter in the Kuroryu line? It has a clear, clean, fresh, fluffy sweetness and a good sharpness. As the temperature rises, a slight sourness and bitterness appear, giving it a bitter taste. The sweetness is not fruity, but rather elegant, like moist wasanbon. It is easy to drink but not too modern, which explains why it is so popular. That makes you want to drink it while you work... (huh?)

The mysterious bias that Valentine's Day is all about sake. I'm a whiskey man for chocolate! but here it is. I'm of the school that says, "Let the long run out of time. However, this pressure was right. It is a kijo sake, but it is crisp, moist, sweet, and delicious! It is very easy to drink. You don't have to use chocolate as an entrée. It is a brand that I would rather drink solo.

I drank it for the Bon Festival. Bon, 14 degrees, juicy pineapple, moderate schwar ...yeah, there are only elements that make a bottle empty in an instant. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste that makes it drinkable, and personally I hit the jackpot. It's not kudos, so pairing with fish is OK. I bought another bottle.

Junmai Daiginjo OMACHI 50 ORIGARUMI NON-FILTERED NAMAZAKE It has become a little easier to buy Kangiku in Hokkaido. We are grateful for this. The bottle was not opened gently.... It was not so peaceful! It flew into the early summer sky (ceiling). The mouthfeel. The wine is not as gassy as it looks at the opening of the bottle. However, the gaseous sensation enhances the berry sweetness and gorgeousness. The sweetness and fruitiness typical of Kangiku is as expected. The end of the bottle is sharp with bitterness, which is also bitter. This area becomes more noticeable as the temperature rises. Combined with this, it is not just a Swiss sake. It was quite intoxicating for its 15% alcohol content.

The best sake I've had this year so far. It is by far my favorite of the Tazake Jun Dai, even more so than the same grade of 40%-5% Yamadanishiki and Kojonishiki. It was the most easily recognizable, gorgeous, and sharp. A small luxury for guests.

I put this one to bed for more than six months. Compared to the standard Tokujun, it has a slightly heavier and more robust flavor with a longer aftertaste. However, the three beats of gorgeous, refreshing, and easy drinking are a promise. There is no doubt about it. Overall, this year's Tazake seems to be more bitter and tangy. I don't dislike it because it is very drinkable.

I have been skipping Sake no Wa this year, The contents are mostly memorandum. However, I will never forget how delicious it is. I was lucky enough to win it in a lottery at a liquor store and let it sit for half a year. Opened the bottle at a home parley! The bottle is opened gently. The aroma is elegant and discreet, with a fruity flavor. The top clear liquid is used before mixing in the oli. It has a nice flavor with a sharp acidity. It is delicious on its own. Next, we mixed in the ori and served it in a glass. The gasiness came suddenly! After the silky feeling, moderate acidity and bitterness come along with the deliciousness, and it finishes with a slight sweetness. It can be served as a toast, during a meal, or solo. It's always good. There may be a bias toward Jigen, though. After all...it exceeds expectations as expected! Definitely the 1st highest podium at the 2022 Nigolympics (after all this time). 1st place Jiin 2nd place Sasasamune 3rd place Mimuro Cedar I guess. Both Yukidaruma and Hirotogawa were delicious though. But while I'm at it, it's time for nigori and shinshu again this year... I want to drink this again at home!

Memorandum. Autumn leaf label. More than half a year has passed. The cherry blossom label season will show its heavenly innocence. Rising fruity aroma. Quite fruity. Smooth on the tongue, it welcomes you with sweetness and a pleasant sake-like sensation. This is absolutely delicious. The gorgeousness is similar to the cherry blossom label in nuance, but the length of the aftertaste is shorter and a little tighter than that of the cherry blossom label. The fragility of the taste may be autumnal. I drank it so quickly that the bottle was empty before I knew it. It's still ephemeral... I also drank sakura, but forgot to take a picture of it, so no upload.

Memorandum. GW's accompaniment. The richness and balance of the fruity aroma is as expected. The full flavor has a sense of Omachi, but not as much as I expected. Personally, I prefer this level of balance. It has a long aftertaste and finishes with a tangy bitterness. There is a slight gassy feeling from the raw sake, but it enhances the fruity flavor. Nabeshima is delicious no matter what you drink.

Memorandum. No retail distributor in Hokkaido. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. This is the second time to drink it, and it is still delicious! It is said that the toji trained at the brewery of Jyushiyo. It is sharp and fruity. It has a bitterness at the end, which is addictive. The entrée was ahi jio. The marriage of juicy leeks and gizzards was a great success.

Memorandum. Much cleaner than the Shippo series we had in January. It's not a vinegary iso type, but rather a sweet and sour fruity nuance of strawberry or berry. The sharpness from the bitterness is a promise, and it is still delicious. It is a versatile sake!

Just a reminder as it has been a long time. It is a completely different genre of junmai sake from shiboritate nama-shu, which is also a junmai sake. It has a clean yet robust taste, with just a hint of fruitiness. When served cold, the bitterness comes out a little stronger in the latter half of the bottle. The balance is at its best when the temperature gets a little warmer (this is my personal opinion). This is also exceptional. I think I can understand why it is favored by professionals as well. It was empty before I could warm it up. Personally, I prefer the draft sake, but I definitely want to try the heated version.
