I had a bottle of this sake in the summer and enjoyed it so much that I bought another bottle and kept it until the end of the year.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, smoothness and sweet juiciness on the palate, and an occasional wave of sharpness and sharpness, all in all, a perfect balance.
If I were to point out a weakness, it would be that it is so easy to drink that you find yourself running out of sake.
