大嶺冬のおとずれ

SavannaThe bottle was opened with an accompaniment of Merikuri. We had failed to buy it at last year's Nigolympics. This year, I got it safely. The bottle was opened with a bang. The top aroma was muscat and a little bit of cemedine. It has a strong gasiness, beautiful bubbles, and a fine oli. The mouthfeel is sweeter than expected for a silky dry. Comparing it to other "gorori" style sake, it is like Mimuro Sugi>This>Yukidaruma. It is not too heavy, but elegant, refreshing, and gentle. It has a sharpness and can be used even during a meal. The pairing with Christmas cake is not so subtle. The elegant sweetness is blurred. Well, coffee is the best with cake. The label design is more imposing and easier to drink in the evening than the Yuki-Onna era, lol.
