Savanna
Just a reminder as it has been a long time.
It is a completely different genre of junmai sake from shiboritate nama-shu, which is also a junmai sake.
It has a clean yet robust taste, with just a hint of fruitiness.
When served cold, the bitterness comes out a little stronger in the latter half of the bottle.
The balance is at its best when the temperature gets a little warmer (this is my personal opinion).
This is also exceptional. I think I can understand why it is favored by professionals as well.
It was empty before I could warm it up.
Personally, I prefer the draft sake, but I definitely want to try the heated version.
