Savanna
I remember there used to be a candy called Nu~bo~, which was a fluffy air-in chocolate sandwiched between monaka, and I liked it very much, but when I came to think about it, it was discontinued.
...Oops, that was a review.
The opening of the bottle was a bit gassy and a bit scary.
It is also shrieking in the glass.
The aroma is mild, with alternating notes of sake and apple.
The mouthfeel is dry. But it is easy to drink, with a subtle apple fruitiness and freshness.
It is tangy and drinkable, and the drink is quick and easy to finish, as promised by Hakusen Sensei.
It is perfect for the season. It is a versatile sake with a wide range of food pairings!
By the way, Nouveau means new wine, not sweets (yes, we all know that).

Good morning Savanna 😃!
Nu~bo~! I miss that character combined with that 😌 It was a tasty snack 😊.
And Dr. Hassen! Nouveau for adults is exceptionally good too 😋.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
I've missed you so much. I was remembering my nose-dropping childhood as I wrote this.
Childhood was carefree and fun, but I still prefer to be an adult because I can drink nouveau 😁.
