The bottle is opened gently. There is a nice, slightly pshhhhhh sound.
The gasiness is not as noticeable as the sound, and the fruity aroma of apples and muscats spreads in a flurry.
The mouthfeel is more mid-bodied than one might expect.
It is clean, sweet, and refreshing, but you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste.
As the temperature rises, a bitter taste emerges, but this accentuates the fruity flavor and the deliciousness of the rice, making it hard to get tired of it.
Personally, it has a similar nuance to Shichiken Jungin.
I like this genre very much.
It is indeed an extravaganza.
