Sawayamatsumoto守破離 五百万石 生酒
Savanna
New Year's Reminder (now)
The bottle is somewhat lively, though not so much as to fly open.
The top aroma is gentle lychee-like fruitiness.
The mouthfeel is very light.
The gasiness is not that strong.
It is characterized by acidity and sweetness, and is quite modern.
As the temperature rises, the two-top sweet and bitter flavors run freely.
The freshness of the sake is also good.
I have never had a fire-brewed sake, so I cannot compare the two, but it was sweeter than I expected.
The sweetness and lightness make it very easy to drink, but I felt it was a bit lacking for the first bottle.
On the other hand, it's perfect for the second or third bottle (too much...).
I highly recommend this brand to those who like modern sake with a wine taste.
