The wine is not as gassy as it looks at the opening of the bottle.
However, the gaseous sensation enhances the berry sweetness and gorgeousness.
The sweetness and fruitiness typical of Kangiku is as expected.
The end of the bottle is sharp with bitterness, which is also bitter. This area becomes more noticeable as the temperature rises.
Combined with this, it is not just a Swiss sake.
It was quite intoxicating for its 15% alcohol content.
