This is my third drink of the day. I was a bit nervous because it was super spicy, but it was easy to drink and went well with sashimi and other dishes.
◎The sake is from Kagawa Prefecture, but the rice and koji are both from Hiroshima. Since this was the fourth sake of the day, I cannot recall my impression of it, but I think it was because it was so easy to drink.
◎I was told by a native of Miyagi Prefecture that this sake was delicious. The name says it is dry, but when you put it in your mouth, you feel a sweetness as if it were a junmai ginjo, followed by a slightly dry aftertaste. It is easy to drink.
◎This sake is from Tochigi Prefecture. The black and gold label looked like a picture of a dragon from a distance, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a phoenix, and after drinking, I realized it was Hououou Mita. It was made from Aizan (a variety of Mt. Aizan in Japan).
It seemed mellow and smooth on the palate. I would like to drink it a little cooler.
◎This sake is made in Hiroshima Prefecture. The rounded bottle and the fact that it is a daiginjo with gold leaf give it a special feeling. It is quite sweet and I would like to drink it chilled.
I heard that Prime Minister Abe drank this sake with President Obama.
◎This sake is from Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture.
It was recommended by the friendly waitress at the store that if you like sake, you should definitely try it. The waiter said that the medium-bodied version is more delicious than the ARAHAGIRI and YAMASHI (blame) versions.
When you put it in your mouth, you first feel a sourness like sparring, but later a sweetness like ramune comes, and it is indeed delicious!
Good evening, Mr. Sake 😃.
Congratulations on your 300 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️ before one 🎉Congratulations to the shopkeeper with great taste 🤗The first tank is all good 😋 but you can't go wrong with the middle one ‼️
Thank you very much! I was drinking and didn't realize I had over 300 check-ins. You are watching very carefully, aren't you? I will try to taste the other two in the first tank someday.
◎This sake is from Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture. This is my first Shinanotsuru and it is quite fruity. The price is overpriced at 490 yen for a half-gouge at the store! Tasatsuki is read as Denko.
◎This sake is from Yamagata Prefecture. This was my first Eiko-Fuji and it is so sweet that I can't believe it is only rice. I recommend it for the first drink!
