◎I went nearby to stop by Kurosawa Shuzo, but they were closed on Sundays, so I bought a bottle of Kurosawa Shuzo "Izutsucho" Namahoshi Junmai㋣ at a nearby supermarket.
It comes in a slim 500 ml bottle, and the label, which looks like four ㋣s coming out of a gourd, has a fun atmosphere. It is said to be made from 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture.
It has a light, summery flavor, and at 12.5°, it has a bit of a rummy feel, perhaps due to the low alcohol content. It is delicious.
