What is it? As I sipped it, I thought it was a Junmai Daiginjo with umami for me.
I drank about half of the bottle without any snacks.

It is made from 100% Yanagida Gohyakumangoku.
It is a little sweet but not at all sticky, so I think most people will enjoy it.
Combined with the label, it is perfect for cherry blossom viewing!
