Doki Doki. Yamamoto is not a fan of Midnight Blue and Strawberry Red, which I saw nothing but rave reviews about. But it has a magical power that makes me want to pick it up... It's sweet and sour like an apple. I didn't find it very refreshing, but I like it. I think it would be good to drink this in the fall when apples are delicious, don't you think?

Taco blue?　Junmai Ginjo I was at the store in July and was wondering which one to buy, this one or the Oiriri Hittakko one. But it's September...summer isn't over for me yet...(shudder) It's refreshing. It's not sweet, so you can drink it in summer too! It's September!

Neighborhood farmer edition. I forgot to take detailed specs so I don't know... I don't know, I forgot to take a detailed picture of the specs....... I thought so, but after a day of drinking it, it became completely deleterious and easy to drink. Maybe it's better to drink it after taming it a bit.

Four Seasons Winter Shiboritate I bought it without looking at it carefully because it was on the line, but it was not summer sake. It was 21.11by and not freshly squeezed at all, but I think it was good anyway.

True Red I was so busy that I had to release some of the pictures I had taken. I found it a little dry for my palate. I can drink it infinitely if I put salt on cucumbers and smash them. I felt it was a little bit like Kaze no Mori. The time for sipping ended here.

Summer Dobrokku It was so hard to open it.... It is very healthy. But when I put it in my mouth, it was slightly carbonated. Did it all come out now? I'm not sure.... It has a sweet taste, but the bitterness cuts through the aftertaste. It is easy to drink. I drank it with my father and it was all we had left in one day...

Micro Bubble Raw I went to the liquor store to have a bottle of Red Comet after reading your post, but as I expected, it was leaving the war zone at three times the normal speed. But then I found this one standing alone like a geon head in a large refrigerator. I immediately took the last shot. There is a limited edition of Tasake that I can buy too... I couldn't be happier... It was after I had beaten Shuwaji, so it was refreshing compared to it, but not that dry. I drank it as a food sake and finished 720ml in about 2 hours. It's so good! I noticed that I have 400 posts.

Shuwaji Junmai Ginjo I didn't know this was out when I was watching a sakelabo channel! So I went to the liquor store to buy some. The owner of the liquor store told me that it might be a little bit healthy, but it wasn't! It's a light nigori (slight bitterness) with just the right sweetness for me. Just the right amount of sweetness for summer.

Han's Kachiwari (cracked rice cracker) It's going to be hot from now on, so I thought I'd buy some Kachiwari Mansaku. The bottle opened easily, so I was careless and let it overflow when I poured it. It's dry, refreshing, and good for summer, but I like the taste of the normal Kachiwari, so I wish they would make that one...

Beyond C (2022 Limited label) I kept passing this one by thinking it was different because it didn't say "Sono" on the POP or the label. Sweet and juicy. This is my favorite! No wonder I've been seeing it so often at Sake-no-wa lately.

Bonsurb Yogurt Liqueur A collaboration sake with Bon Serv, a milk workshop in Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture. This is the May shipment, and the bottle design seems to have changed for the June shipment. The drink feels smooth to the eye. The taste and concentration are just right without ice.

Junmai Ginjo Alcohol content: 15%, Rice polishing ratio 50%. Rice used: Yume-no-Kou (100%) I bought it before the competition and was about to drink it, but it won the gold medal and I thought it would be a little too "meek" if I drank it now, so I opened the bottle now. It's light, slightly cloudy, and sweet at the supernatant! When mixed with the lees, it became even richer. I liked it so much that I'll buy another one when I go out again.

This sake is a prayer for the revival of Iwate Prefecture's naked festival "Somin Matsuri," but today I wish not only for Somin Matsuri but for the restoration of the daily life of all people.

Rice and Koji 2021 CRAFT series Koukou Shinkou 05 I was curious about this brewery when I saw it in dancyu. I wondered what it would taste like with agape syrup in it...? I was wondering what it would taste like with agape syrup in it... and then I bought it... and it was rice and koji! _(:3)_ It tastes quite sweet. It tastes a bit like a good kujo-zake. I like the taste. But I'd like it to be in the ¥2000 range because ¥3300 is too expensive for me to repeat, but I hear that the profit margin on sake is low, so I wonder if this kind of thought is a consumer ego thing...

Yogurt As it says on the back, it looks more like cheesecake than yogurt, because the milk smell prevails over the sourness. However, it is delicious, but it only comes in a 300ml bottle, so if you have access to it, it would be better to buy Atago no Matsu no Yogurt Sake. The jackets of both Tamago and Yogurt are very cute...
