Pineapple, which is felt immediately from the aroma. A true ethyl caproate. This feeling is Kameizumi CEL-24. The taste is also guttural sweetness and fruity. I'm glad that it can be swept away like this. To be honest, the aroma and flavor are so intense that it gives me a headache when I drink it. The alcohol content is 19%, which is quite robust. It tastes like a combination of Kikusui Funaguchi can and Kameizumi cel-24. It is probably not something you would drink on your first sip. It might be interesting as an accent if you add it when you are drunk to some extent. It has the potential to be competitive in garlic stir-fries and grilled dishes. It can also be used with fatty foods. It makes you want to have something to go with it. Please try it.

The aroma is commonly fruity. Strong. The acidity is also noticeable, and even a slight menthol sensation. The taste is sweet, but the acidity is very noticeable. It is perfect for those who like a strong, sharp taste. It is not a white wine, but it has a fruit-derived acidity. It would be a good match with refreshing dishes such as seafood carpaccio. The aroma is milky and 寫lax. Milky acidity with a lactic feel and matte fruity. Taste is honestly flabby and mature. It has a thick softness. This is a counter sake that betrays the unconscious definition of this sweetness for this aroma. Although not my personal favorite, it is an interesting bottle as a solution. As it approaches room temperature, the flavor becomes more fruity. However, it is a strange sensation to enjoy the fruity taste at near room temperature. Also, as it approaches room temperature, the sense of maturity is intensified. At the risk of being critical, I could not figure out which demographic they were trying to reach.

I raised the light intensity of the photo too much. The aroma is the same as usual, a little fruity. You can also feel a beautiful alcohol taste. The taste is one word: "delicious. Despite its richness and fruity taste, the high alcohol content of 19 degrees Celsius is not felt that much. It is a very good example of the technical skill to maintain this level of richness while still being able to express a fruity taste. This is exactly what I want when I want a sweet, dark sake. The usual dullness of Funaguchi cans that you can see when you drink it? Or rather, the feeling of being told, "You can do it if you put your mind to it. I can do it! I often buy canned Funaguchi because I sometimes want the rich sweetness of the regular canned Funaguchi, but I honestly can't go back to the regular canned Funaguchi if I'm served this. According to the manager of the liquor store (Hasegawa-ya in Niigata) where I bought it, they can't buy it anymore. I know it will cost a lot of money to make this the standard, but I really hope they do it. I believe that Kikusui Brewery has the capital and technical capabilities to develop the modern sake often sold in Japan, but they must have grander ambitions, such as overseas expansion through an American corporation or a fermentation theme park. I often see Kikusui's higher-priced sake, but let's drink it. This is probably the first time I have written this long, but I guess that is how much I personally liked and was surprised by the sake. Please try it.

Kirabi The aroma is sweet and fruity, with a pleasant hint of acidity. The taste is soft on the palate, thick? Fluffy? Soft and fluffy. The impression is that the softness of the sake stands out, although it naturally has the feeling of being a pure sake. The acidity gives it a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. The overall impression is that it is a "soft nama-shu. It is expected that the sake will become dull if it is left for a little time. (Although letting it sit for a while is not the original way to enjoy nama-shu.) Since this sake is from Toyama City, I would definitely like to pair it with seafood. This time, I will enjoy it with simple sashimi. Tomorrow, I plan to enjoy it with simmered shrimp and hagi. We hope you enjoy it.

The aroma is not quite fruity, but refreshingly sweet. The taste is clear and sweet with a lingering sweetness. The impression is of the straightforward sweetness and gentle ginjo aroma characteristic of Yamagata Prefecture's sweet sake. There is also a balancing impression of Yamada-Nishiki. The slight bubbles and the broad, dark flavor offset each other and lead to a pleasant aftertaste. There is little bitterness derived from the raw sake, so the sharpness is not as strong as it could be. There is no doubt that this is a strong-flavored sake in the Shinomine style. I like it and often repeat it. There are other famous sake breweries in the Katsuragi mountain range, including Gosho City where the brewery is located. I would like to visit this place someday. Following the Shinshu Kamerei, this is another sake that I would like to enjoy quietly and without any particular accompaniment. Please try it.

Label stained due to being wrapped in newspaper. The aroma is similar to that of the packing slip, with a greater proportion of freshness than creaminess. The taste is still fresh and sweet. The origin of the freshness may be the sharpness that moderately eliminates the lingering aftertaste. This sharpness also differs from acidity. It is true that a moderate acidity is also effective, but it is not the only sensation. I have always wondered what the slight bubbling sensation on the tip of the tongue is in hi-ire sake. Why do I feel this when the sake is not raw, and why is it not twice-hikkaizu but once-hikkaizu? These are questions that are common to the sake that I sometimes find tasty. As I mentioned above, there seems to be a difference in the way the sweetness stands out in the flavor compared to Kamo Nishiki, which is a Niigata limited edition. The sweetness of Kamonishiki spreads out softly and horizontally, while the sweetness of Kamonishiki stands out more like a vertical ellipse. It has gone on for a long time, but to be honest, you don't need any snacks just for this. Personally, I don't think it is a food sake. However, the good thing is that it can be enjoyed in a completely different genre than a food sake. I feel like I'm going to lose it today. Please try it.

The aroma is matte and fruity. There is also a mellow, slightly dashi-like flavor, though this may be due to drunkenness. The taste is well-balanced between sweetness and slight carbonation. And the taste is very strong. It is my favorite flavor. To be honest, it has a great taste that can be enjoyed with oily food. If you want, you can enjoy it with just one bottle. I also like "Tsanbatsu" type sake very much, so it must be one of the three sake breweries that I personally recommend. Today, I'm going to try it with hormone. Please try it!

Location: Aizuwakamatsu City Place of purchase: Izumiya Sake Shop The aroma has a soft lactic acidity. The aroma is like that of white wine, which is often used as an analogy. The first impression of the taste is "fluffy". This soft fluffiness is honestly very pleasant. However, you can also feel the firm outline of the acidity. There is almost no sticking point, yet it gives a sense of mellowness. It has a very high degree of perfection. If I were to use an analogy, it would be a Trump Tower that will never collapse. I am ashamed to say it, but that is exactly what it feels like. Personally, I feel as if I have been shown a new vector and an example. This is why sake is so interesting. This is why sake is so interesting. The lightly simmered chicken wings may have been a little too strong. Please try it.

Kato Kahachiro Sake Brewery Daisen, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture (As a first step to tell you, this bottle will be made in August 2023, so the brewery recommends it. It may not be the way to drink it) The aroma is fruity, somewhere between matte and juicy. The aroma is sour like yogurt. It also has a creamy feel. The taste is refreshingly sweet. The sweetness makes it hard to get tired of drinking. The full-bodied sweetness of the wine keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. However, it should have been drunk earlier as it has an undeniable sense of aging. (That may be why it has a creamy aroma.) I drank the nama sake earlier, but I prefer this one, which has a calmer taste. It depends on the occasion, but my personal preference would be fire-aged sake.

Aoki Sake Brewery Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture The aroma is mild, juicy and fruity. The first impression of the taste is "thick", and it has a strong punch, probably due to its 17% alcohol content. It is more of a sweet wine, but it is a good middle ground between sweet and savory. The flavor is both rich and crisp. The richness is especially noticeable. To be honest, it does not have the flamboyance of Yamada-Nishiki, but it may be a bottle that makes the most of the potential of Yamada-Nishiki. I am looking for a sake that is more refreshing while maintaining this richness. Tsururei is the sake that got me started drinking sake, and after several years of drinking it, I feel differently about it. Since we are in the season of firefly squid, it should be a good match with seafood that has a few quirks. We hope you enjoy it.

Aburacho Sake Brewery Gosho City, Nara Prefecture The aroma is juicy and fruity, reminiscent of apples and pineapples. (A little frustrating, since the description said white strawberries and pears.) My first impression of the taste is a sense of calmness. The fizziness and sweetness are more subdued than when I drank it before. The acidity is not that strong and there is a mellow aftertaste. The explanation column says it is a challenge edition, and the clerk at the store where I bought it said it had been three years since he had tasted it. The brewery describes Yamada-Nishiki as having a "crisp taste typical of Yamada-Nishiki. I had thought that Yamada-Nishiki was all about flamboyance, but I discovered something new. I feel that the flamboyance in the hint of aroma and the sharpness of the flavor is one of the brewery's answers to this question. At times like this, a little fatty food would not be too much for the taste. I would like to try it with fried white fish. We hope you enjoy it.
