Sake My Life
The aroma is fruity and slightly creamy, closer to apple. It is not that strong.
The taste is "an exquisite balance of sweet, bitter and acidic, which is a step above the norm.
To be honest, it's hard to verbalize. There is no doubt that the level is high. There is also a moderate creaminess that does not mask the beautiful sweetness. I don't want to talk too much about the sake rice, but I also sense the "balance of sweetness and umami" that is typical of Omachi.
It has an impact due to the sugary sweetness, but it also has a beautiful kick to it, which I like.
