The aroma is gorgeously fruity and strong.
Taste is "sweet and strong, royal cape".
Strong sweetness and fruity. The taste is eye-opening. There is no clear sharpness, but the sweetness is clean and sugary, so there is not too much residual sweetness.
However, it is very sweet and fruity, no wonder it became popular as "Ozeyuki" many years ago. Recently, there are many sakes that mix gasiness with sake to make it less tart, but this one makes you feel it directly.
There is a slight hardness to it, and I would prefer it if it were a little more relaxed.
