The aroma is slightly seme? It is gorgeous, but the aroma itself is subdued.
I tasted it again after noticing that there was some ceca in the bottle.
The aroma is even stronger.
The taste is "refreshing with a punchy flavor. I would definitely like to try this in a fire-roasted condition.
I have never had a modern Sentori before, but I feel it is the antithesis of the sweet fruity trend, including the re-branding.
I am interested in the fact that the sweetness is kept under control and the alcohol content is kept as low as 13 degrees Celsius. The assertion of sourness and bitterness derived from the raw sake is well balanced and leads to a lingering aftertaste.
The lingering bitterness is sure to move your appetite.
I think it goes well with simple fish sashimi. A little fatty.
